2. Description of Service

FlowWeek is a productivity application that helps users organize their tasks and manage their time effectively. We provide both free and premium features to enhance your productivity experience.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium features are available through subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
  • Yearly Subscription: Billed annually with discount
  • Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for lifetime access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the service
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowWeek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability
